Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: * Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled moving time are eligible for a refund of the booking deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee.

* Cancellations made within 24–72 hours of the move will result in a 50% forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Non-Refundable Scenarios: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable as resources and vehicles are already dispatched/allocated.

Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Claims for Damages: Any claims regarding service quality or damage must be submitted in writing to mariindiapackers@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery for investigation by our supervisors.
